We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in sales , with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in driving sales opportunities, managing purchase and sales orders, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth operations between sales and procurement teams. Key Responsibilities:Sales Activities: Identify and explore new sales opportunities to expand the customer base. Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups on warm leads. Provide detailed explanations of products and services, including offers, benefits, and features. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing support. Gather and analyze feedback from customers to improve service delivery. Create weekly/monthly reports and presentations based on sales data and metrics. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Ensure that sales targets set by management are met or exceeded. Update customer records in the company database to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely completion of purchase orders. Work with the Tender-Sales team to process orders and manage delivery timelines. Organize and maintain sales-related documentation for efficient record-keeping. Customer Satisfaction and Compliance: Contact customers to resolve procedural questions and gauge their level of satisfaction with the companys products and services. Actively participate in ISO audits and support efforts to maintain company standards and compliance. Other Duties: Take on any additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager to ensure business goals are achieved. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree/Masters Degree Experience: Fresher Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management is an advantage.
