As the E-Commerce, Gifting & Customer Care Manager at Finolex Industries Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for managing product assortments, promotional campaigns, gifting initiatives for channel partners, and Below-the-Line (BTL) activities across India. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing e-commerce merchandising strategies, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and monitoring market trends. Additionally, you will plan and execute gifting activities for channel partners, manage budgets, track ROI, and align activities with brand objectives. For BTL activities, you will be responsible for planning and executing events, activations, and promotional programs nationwide. Collaborating with various teams to drive sales and brand awareness, managing budgets, and analyzing the effectiveness of BTL activities will be key aspects of this role. Vendor management is another crucial responsibility where you will build partnerships for the e-commerce product catalogue, provide guidance, support, and training to vendors, and lead performance management initiatives. Managing customer care operations will also be part of your role, involving keeping records, analyzing query statistics, supervising the customer care team, and resolving customer issues effectively. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Marketing with over 10 years of experience in E-commerce, Gifting, Merchandising, BTL, Trade Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields. Key competencies required include expertise in E-Commerce Merchandising, Product Assortment Planning, Retail Marketing Strategies, E-Commerce Marketing tools and systems, strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, as well as excellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.,
