Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of implants, instruments, and raw materials (Titanium, Stainless Steel, etc.). Operate and manage precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM, Profile Projector, Surface Roughness Tester, Hardness Tester, etc.). Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CE, and Indian FDA regulations. Maintain detailed inspection records, NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve machining/finishing processes. Support validation and calibration of equipment and inspection tools. Participate in internal and external audits. Ensure proper packaging and labeling verification before dispatch. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and zero-defect manufacturing.
