Job Title: Senior MEP EngineerExperience: 8-12 YearsLocation: The Cascades Neopolis Project, Neopolis, HyderabadCompany: GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLPJob Description:We are looking for a Senior MEP Engineer with 8-12 years of experience in high-rise residential buildings (20+ floors) to join our team for The Cascades Neopolis project in the Neopolis area. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MEP systems, including:Electrical Systems (HT, LT, power distribution, lighting, and backup systems)Plumbing & Drainage (water supply, waste management, STP, and rainwater harvesting)Fire Fighting Systems (hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms, and suppression systems)HVAC Systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)ELV Systems (CCTV, access control, BMS, networkingKey Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate all MEP works from planning to execution.Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and safety standards.Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers for quality and timely execution.Review and approve drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.Supervise MEP installation in Mivan construction projects to ensure compatibility and efficiency.Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting for MEP systems.Handle testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. Implement cost control measures and optimize material procurement.Requirements:BachelorBachelor'ss degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.8-12 years of MEP experience in high-rise residential projects (20+ floors).Must have worked on Mivan buildings and be familiar with MEP challenges in such structures.Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and safety regulations related to MEP works.Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and site coordination.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MEP design tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience with large-scale township or luxury residential projects.Knowledge of green building and energy-efficient MEP solutions.Certification in LEED, PMP, or similar MEP-related courses is a plus.If you meet the above criteria and are ready to work on a landmark high-rise project, apply now to join our dynamic team!
