Role & responsibilities The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing marketing operations and the regional marketing plan for Star Localmart grocery stores. This role ensures that all marketing activities are effectively implemented across the assigned stores, aligned with the overall brand strategy, and tailored to local market dynamics to drive store performance and customer engagement Preferred candidate profile Execute regional marketing strategies in coordination with the central marketing team to support sales, brand visibility, and business objectives for Star Localmart stores. Plan and implement marketing campaigns, events, and local promotions tailored to the unique needs of the stores and their customers. Monitor campaign performance, analyze regional trends, and provide actionable insights to refine future marketing activities and maximize return on investment (ROI). Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and effective use of resources for all marketing initiatives. Collaborate with store operations, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and support store-level goals. Conduct regular analysis of competitors, customer needs, and local market trends to maintain competitive advantage. Maintain consistent deployment of brand guidelines and positioning across all regional stores. Coordinate with local media, influencers, and community partners to enhance brand presence and foster community engagement. Supervise and lead the regional marketing team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance. Oversee the creation and adaptation of marketing materials, including print, digital, and in-store communications. Track and report on key regional marketing metrics, presenting regular updates to senior management. Ensure timely and effective execution of the regional marketing calendar and key business development initiatives.
