Role & responsibilities : Lead quality control operations in foundry division. Rejection control in foundry process as per company target. Ensure product compliance with customer specifications and standards. Supervise quality systems implementation (ISO, IMS, etc.). Coordinate with production and design teams to improve quality output. Handle customer audits, complaints, and root cause analysis. Preferred candidate profile : Strong leadership skills in a foundry-based QC environment. In-depth knowledge of casting quality inspection methods and standards. Experience in managing a team and interfacing with clients.
