Role & responsibilities : Lead business development and marketing strategies for the foundry division. Identify and acquire new customers, markets, and segments. Develop pricing, negotiation, and customer relationship strategies. Coordinate with production and design teams to align customer requirements. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings. Preferred candidate profile : Proven track record in industrial/foundry marketing. Strong technical knowledge of castings and client handling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
