Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – R&D located in Bengaluru South. The role involves overseeing and guiding research and development projects, managing R&D teams, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager will also be responsible for developing new technologies, improving existing products, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires hands-on involvement in the testing and validation processes and collaboration with the engineering service team. Qualifications Experience in research and development within the electronics or railway transport sectors Knowledge of safety and quality standards, including CMMI Level-3, ISO 9001-2015, and CENELEC SIL 4 Proficiency in project management and team leadership Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
