We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager (BDM) with 10+ years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and professional networking. The role demands an energetic, target-driven individual who can engage, onboard, and build relationships with professionals across industries, while effectively presenting our New Mobile App's value proposition. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to onboard professionals such as Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, LIC Agents, Financial Advisors, and other referral partners to the app. Meet potential partners and stakeholders regularly, build strong relationships, and ensure seamless onboarding. Deliver impactful presentations and product demos to individuals, groups, and professional associations. Set personal targets in line with company growth objectives and work diligently to achieve them. Provide regular progress reports, insights, and market feedback directly to the Founder. Represent the app at industry events, networking meets, and forums to build visibility and credibility. Stay updated on market trends in Real Estate, Finance, and Networking to identify new growth opportunities. Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management. Strong existing network among professionals like CAs, Lawyers, Financial Advisors, and agents (preferred). Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Ability to work independently with high accountability and self-motivation. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
