As a part of the team working on Azure NetApp Files at NetApp, you will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and deliver world-class customer-focused storage services in the cloud. We are seeking an innovative and proven developer to play a key role in shaping the future of Azure NetApp Files by developing next-generation software architecture for highly innovative systems applications while upholding high standards for quality in software design and implementation. Your collaborative approach, technological expertise, and commitment to achieving results will be essential in this role. Key Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in developing products for Microsoft Azure cloud - Proficiency in Golang / Go programming language - Proficiency in programming with C# - Hands-on experience in developing REST, JSON, and XML-based APIs for configuration and reporting - Proficiency in programming on the Linux platform - Familiarity with MySQL and Redis databases - Experience with microservice architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes - Familiarity with libevent, libev, gevent, RabbitMQ is a plus - Knowledge of Kerberos/Active Directory is advantageous - Understanding of security basics such as SSL/TLS, AES, PKI, etc. - Strong grasp of computer architecture, data structures, and standard programming practices Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, implementation, and verification of systems/subsystems - Provide support in the development and testing activities of other engineers with interdependencies - Offer technical leadership for the team and projects - Engage in technical discussions within the team and across Business Units - Willingness to take on additional tasks contributing to team, department, and company objectives - Mentor and guide junior engineers - Address complex problems with limited supervision, applying in-depth evaluation and creative problem-solving Education: - Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree - Alternatively, 8 years of experience with a Master's degree, or a PhD with 5 years of experience, or equivalent At NetApp, we foster a hybrid working environment to enhance connection, collaboration, and culture among employees, combining in-office and remote work based on individual roles.
