Don't fall trap. The salary doesn't come on time this has been happening for 3 to 4 months in the past one year. The management doesn't care about employee's health all the want is the money at the end. So I personally recommend you reader to opt out of this company! There's no proper infrastructure for growth or fun!

They don't provide proper training, they just show your errors and fire employees
