Conduct the third-party testing of products accordingly to the relevant standards and maintain the data base
Work closely with Regional specification manager and his team in achieving the Grouts specifications
Identifying need of new products and product modification in terms of clear business objectives, launching and supporting sales & spec to achieve growth in segment sales & GM
Branding & Product promotion through seminars, advertisements, exhibitions etc.
Analysing competitors strategies to plan counter strategies in terms of business promotion & products
Provide Grouts & solutions and help sales team formulate right mix of Grouts products for the project
Collect and update region wise case study, job reference & testimonials
Identifying gaps in terms of segment selling and strengthening specification selling
Conduct lab trials of products and help the sales team in trouble shooting of issues at site
Key relationship with Grouts applicators, Pre-cast construction industry and Oil and Gas customers, Equipment OEMs.
Implementation of marketing activities as per the marketing budget
