The Sr. Program Specialist, Global Security & Resilience (GS&R) Standards and Performance at Levi Strauss & Co. will play a crucial role in supporting and leading the development, management, and maintenance of various programs and policies related to physical security, retail asset protection, business resilience, enterprise risk, and health and safety. This position aims to ensure that GS&R delivers data-informed, scalable, and measurable programs to effectively mitigate risks and respond to potential disruptions. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and maintenance of the GS&R risk assurance program, drafting and updating policies, standards, and practices, supporting the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Resilience programs, managing GS&R performance metrics program, maintaining knowledge management sites, supporting vendor and technology management, delivering training and exercises, supporting global security and resilience projects, planning departmental strategy, and developing global crisis management and business continuity policies and plans. Additionally, this role involves data analysis, preparation of scorecards and presentations for senior-level reporting, and supporting the financial planning process for GS&R. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of overall experience with 3+ years of relevant experience in supporting global programs. A Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master's degree is considered beneficial. Project management experience is necessary, and a project manager certification is advantageous. Proficiency in drafting and communicating procedures, building and maintaining applications on the Microsoft Power Platform, and possessing a global mindset are essential skills for this role.
