Design and develop high-precision molds for plastic injection molding, ensuring adherence to customer specifications and industry standards. Generate/computer 3D design and 2D detailed prints injection molds & fixtures. Prepare the layout and concept for supporting the estimation activities. Review and prepare the necessary documents/presentation for DFM. Co-ordinate with customer & tool shop for getting the mold build to meet the required specification. Analyze the part drawing to understand the feasibility of maintaining the dimensions in the part while molding.
