Role & responsibilities 1. Planning and Monitoring Execution of Preventive Maintenance. 2. Breakdown Analysis and action taken. 3. Spare part management and monitor of critical spare consumption. 4. Machine Health Checkup Planning and Execution 5. Overhauling of power pack ( Patch tesh, Filter Replacement, Oil filtration). 6. Execute predictive maintenance plan 7. CNC Machine overhaulling / Life Over Spare Part Replacement 8. Knowledge of Plant automation (e.g. Vision sensor, barcode scanner, Printer) 9. Audit Document of maintenance IATF. 10. Knowledge of CNC PMC ladder 11. Execute Mold Maintenance activity. 12. Shut Down Maintenance Planning and Execution. 13. Department KPI Target (Activity monitoring to meet Target) Technical / Functional Skills 1. Hydraulic Circuit Drawing Study & making . 2. Advance Knowledge of Mechanical Devices 3. Hydraulic & Pneumatic trouble shooting. 4. Spindle Assy Overhauling, LM Guide Replacement, Ball screw Replacement, Hydraulic cylinder overhauling. 5. Mold Maintenance 6. Team leading and guiding as required. 7. Machine Modification and Overhauling • 8. Spare & Cost Management .
