Key Responsibilities: Pick up packages from the warehouse or store and deliver them to customers at various locations. Ensure timely and safe delivery of items. Load, unload, and organize products for delivery. Verify delivery addresses and contact customers if necessary. Collect payments and deliver invoices (if applicable). Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is properly fueled and maintained. Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries. Assist in organizing the inventory in the warehouse (if required). Report any accidents or incidents to the management immediately. Maintain daily logs and delivery records. Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role (preferred but not required). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Good knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages (if necessary). Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented. Preferred: Experience with GPS and navigation systems. Familiarity with delivery apps or devices.
