As a Land Surveyor, your role involves determining and establishing legal property boundaries by researching legal land records, titles, and previous surveys. You will also resolve disputes related to property lines and create maps and 3D models that showcase natural and man-made features of land. Your key responsibilities include: - Collecting data on terrain, elevations, trees, buildings, and other surface features. - Setting out reference points and markers to guide construction projects like roads, buildings, and bridges. - Ensuring that structures are built in the correct location and orientation. - Monitoring construction progress and alignment. - Assisting architects, engineers, and planners with site layout and planning. - Analyzing land for potential use based on zoning, topography, and environmental impact. - Working with civil engineers to provide data for the design of infrastructure projects. - Supporting various projects such as roadworks, pipelines, railways, dams, etc., with precise elevation and alignment measurements. - Operating advanced surveying instruments including Total stations, GPS, GIS, and Drones for aerial surveys. - Processing data using CAD and mapping software. - Ensuring surveys comply with local and national laws, zoning regulations, and engineering standards. - Staying up to date with changes in surveying laws and practices. - Surveying land for environmental impact assessments. - Conducting geodetic surveys to understand the curvature and shape of the Earth in large-scale projects. - Meeting with clients to understand project requirements. - Managing timelines, budgets, and coordinating with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and legal teams. You will also be expected to work in a 9.30 AM - 7.30 PM shift. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role. The work location is in person. ,
