Ensure that production is carried out by established standards, policies, and procedures Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and increase efficiency Monitor and evaluate production performance to identify areas for improvement Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to Manage the production team and ensure that all staff are trained, motivated, and performing at their best Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other departments to ensure that production targets are met. Role & responsibilities Conduct chemical analysis of waste materials (solid, liquid, hazardous, non-hazardous) using standard laboratory techniques and instruments Maintain lab equipment, calibrate instruments, and ensure a clean and safe lab environment. Follow all environmental, health, and safety protocols in handling chemicals and waste. Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work in a team environment. Maintain accurate records of test results, procedures, and compliance data. Preferred candidate profile Education : B.Sc/M.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related discipline. Experience : 1- 3 years in a lab chemist role, preferably in waste management, chemical, or environmental services industry.
