Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive. The role is located in Surat, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include developing growth strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and working collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals. Pay: Fixed plus Performance based stipend Work hours: 3-4 hours daily (Holiday on weekend & Festives) Qualifications Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Account Management practices Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus Data analysis and Data extraction would be plus point to get you select.
