✨ About the Opportunity We’re on the lookout for a creative and detail-driven Motion Graphics Designer to collaborate with our team on exciting brand, content, and marketing projects. If you're based in Kerala and have a passion for turning ideas into eye-catching visuals and animations, we’d love to connect! 🎨 What You’ll Do Create engaging motion graphics for: Social media content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts) Promotional brand videos and product explainers Visual storytelling for digital ads and campaigns Work closely with our creative and content teams to understand concepts and bring them to life Edit and animate using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools Deliver high-quality assets on time, optimised for various platforms Iterate on designs based on feedback and project goals 💻 What We’re Looking For Proven experience (with a strong portfolio) in motion graphics and animation Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects & Illustrator) Strong storytelling ability through visual design and animation Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills Familiarity with trends in social media and marketing Bonus: Knowledge of 2D/3D animation, sound editing, or typography ✅ Nice to Have Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) Ability to conceptualise brand visuals from scratch Previous experience with startups or personal brands Malayalam language understanding (Important)
