Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Support Executive with hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting heavy electrical and mechanical equipment such as diesel generators (DGs), gensets, transformers, compressors, chillers, and other industrial machinery . The ideal candidate should be able to provide technical support, preventive maintenance, and fault diagnosis to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for installation, operation, and maintenance of DGs, gensets, transformers, compressors, chillers, and other heavy equipment. Diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, and carry out corrective actions. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards. Prepare reports on equipment performance, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance activities. Support clients or internal teams with technical queries and service escalations.
