The project aims to investigate genomic, transcriptomic, and spatial microenvironment factors of Postpartum Breast Cancer (PPBC) in young women. The goal is to devise strategies for clinical decision-making to identify poor prognostic subclasses. As a Project Research Scientist -I, you will be responsible for tasks such as collecting tumor tissue, performing genomic and spatial exploration experiments, analyzing data, preparing presentations and manuscripts, and reporting to the granting agency. A PhD with postdoctoral experience in molecular biology and genomic exploration using NGS is preferred for this position. The role requires a postdoctoral experience of one to two years, and proficiency in English language. The position starts on 01st November 2024, with a salary of Rs. 56000 plus 30% HRA.
