Our mission is to bridge the gap between advanced genomic tools and clinical applications, enabling hospitals, research institutes, and diagnostic labs to adopt best-in-class solutions. Role Overview: We are looking for a Field Application Specialist (FAS) with a strong foundation in genomics, molecular biology, or clinical diagnostics. In this client-facing role, you will support pre-sales discussions, provide technical training and troubleshooting, and ensure smooth implementation of genomic workflows and platforms at customer sites. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients for NGS, PCR, and other molecular platforms. Conduct product demonstrations, scientific presentations, and user training for customers and internal teams. Act as a technical liaison between the customer and global platform partners for issue resolution. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support pre- and post-sales engagements. Troubleshoot assay setup, data interpretation, and platform-related challenges. Stay updated on advancements in clinical genomics, bioinformatics, and diagnostics. Assist in the development of application notes, SOPs, user guides, and scientific content. Requirements: Master’s or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genomics, or related Life Sciences discipline. 2–5 years of hands-on experience with NGS, qPCR, or other molecular diagnostic platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites across India. Experience working with hospitals, research institutes, or clinical labs is a plus.
