Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer, based in Pune with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage in client consultations, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable technical solutions. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support, preparing proposals, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering Strong skills in Technical Support and client consultation Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals Knowledge of automation systems or industrial equipment is a plus Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Ability to work autonomously and in team environments
