Responsibilities:Assist in coordinating logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation or delivery.Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries using appropriate software or tools.Assist in monitoring transportation costs, optimizing routes, and identifying opportunities to reduce expenses while maintaining quality service.Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and other necessary paperwork related to logistics activities.Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of materials and supplies needed for transportation and distribution.Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.Support the logistics manager in evaluating logistics performance metrics and proposing improvements in processes or procedures.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment in logistics operations.Perform other duties or tasks related to logistics and supply chain management as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.1+ years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.Working knowledge in Tally, IDPMS, EDPMS.Strong analysis skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational and stress management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.Ability to work with little to no supervision.
