Job Description Yubi Securities acts as a merchant banker and deals into fixed income securities with execution of issuances and pass through certificates (PTC) for financial services and non financial services entities, which involves nuances around product structuring, execution, documentation, liaison with regulatory bodies like NSDL, CDSL, clearing corporations, DPs and so on.
