Communicating effectively with external partners via email, newsletters, or other channels. Collaborating with Channel Program Managers to review and administer changes in our partner catalog. Maintaining accurate records and ensure consistency across platforms. Generating reports to track ticket trends in Zendesk while collaborating with the Technology Partner Manager to identify areas for improvement. Assisting Channel Program Managers in reviewing, auditing, and managing data in Salesforce. Ensuring data integrity and compliance with established guidelines.
