Lead platform-level integrations including Smart-on-FHIR, external apps, SSO (OpenID, SAML), and partner tools. Lead delivery of a centralized communication service that enables apps and services to send messages (email, SMS, Slack, WhatsApp, IVR) with analytics, templating, and compliance controls. Work with engineering, design, security, compliance, and customer teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Define success metrics and continuously measure outcomes to guide iterations. Stay ahead of platform trends in identity, access, governance, compliance, and AI safety. What You Need 5+ years of product management experience (ideally in platform, infrastructure, or security products). Demonstrated success managing core platform services (identity & access management, RBAC/ABAC, SSO, metadata/catalogs, usage metering, audit logging, security frameworks, or enterprise search). Experience designing SaaS platform services at scale , with multi-tenant architectures and external integrations (EHR, third-party apps, etc.). Familiarity with standards like FHIR, SMART-on-FHIR, OpenID Connect, SAML, OAuth , etc. Strong technical understanding of API design, distributed systems, security controls, and enterprise architecture.
