We are currently seeking a research assistant with a solid background in molecular biology to provide support for our ongoing R&D efforts in genetic diagnostics and precision medicine. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior researchers and contribute to both the experimental and analytical aspects of molecular biology research projects. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough research by reviewing and analyzing scientific papers relevant to our ongoing projects. - Develop and refine experimental protocols for wet lab research. - Execute wet lab experiments with precision and reproducibility. - Assist in various molecular biology workflows, including nucleic acid extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, and quantification. - Maintain meticulous and accurate lab records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data sheets. - Analyze and interpret experimental data using appropriate tools and techniques. - Work in collaboration with senior researchers on multiple research initiatives. - Contribute to the writing of research papers, reports, and technical documentation. - Support lab management tasks such as reagent preparation and equipment maintenance. - Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and SOPs.
