You should demonstrate a proven track record of managing the full project lifecycle, starting from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and post-launch support. Experience with Genesys reporting and analytics will be valuable to measure Co-pilot's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Knowledge of healthcare data privacy regulations such as HIPAA is crucial, and you should be capable of ensuring the security and compliance of the Genesys environment. Strong technical troubleshooting skills are required to promptly resolve issues related to the Genesys platform, integrations, and overall infrastructure. This position is located in Mohali and requires a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. The salary offered is competitive and aligns with industry standards.
