Genesys Cloud functional/techno-functional Role

As a Genesys Cloud Platform Expert with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for combining your functional and technical knowledge of Genesys to provide expertise to our clients. Your strong communication skills will be crucial in effectively managing client stakeholder interactions, ensuring a smooth and productive working relationship. In this role, you will conduct discovery workshops to capture project requirements, as well as analyze and document the existing client infrastructure related to contact center operations. Your ability to coordinate with functional team members during workshops will be essential in supporting and assisting in the project's functional aspects. You will be expected to perform fit-gap analysis on features and capabilities, as well as have experience in developing IVR using Genesys Dialog Engine flows for Natural Language Understanding (NLU) applications. Additionally, a solid understanding of API concepts and the ability to integrate them into Genesys IVR flow using data actions will be necessary for successful project implementation. Handling deployment releases and managing enhancement requests will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all changes are effectively deployed and meet the client's requirements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating training and handover documents to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and support continuity.
