As a member of the Generative AI Centre of Excellence at ABG Group, you will be part of a dynamic team in a high-growth, innovative environment where collaboration is key. The group has launched an advanced Generative AI platform powered by cutting-edge LLM models, offering capabilities like enterprise-level GPT, document management, and image generation. Your role as an Associate will involve providing techno-functional assistance for this innovative platform, contributing to the success of Aditya Birla Group's GenAI initiative. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing end users" challenges via phone, email, or MS Teams. - Apply engineering techniques to specific use cases and types of models promptly. - Stay updated on advancements in Gen AI, cloud, and security domains to optimize the technical stack. - Investigate and resolve production issues of the GenAI platform in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. - Monitor application usage and performance metrics, ensuring user experience, performance, and cost optimization. - Collaborate with teams to integrate and deploy generative AI solutions and maintain documentation. - Configure, troubleshoot, and deploy applications on Azure Open AI using GPT Models, APIs, Services, Studio, and other relevant services. - Utilize Azure services to integrate LLM capabilities into applications and work closely with business and IT teams. - Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer Science, IT), BCA, or MCA. - Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach. - Proficiency in programming for front-end (React JS) and backend using Python, APIs. - Hands-on experience with Python, various machine learning libraries, and frameworks. - Familiarity with Azure services (Open AI, Cognitive services) for application configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment. - Knowledge of LLM models such as Azure GPT series, Google Gemini, and Google Imagen, Stable diffusion, Mid journey models.,
