Generative AI Specialist /2-6 Years/ Hyderabad.

As a Generative AI Specialist, you will be a key contributor in building next-generation intelligent systems with a strong focus on LLM-powered agentic architectures. You will design, fine-tune, and deploy advanced language models while developing autonomous agents capable of reasoning, tool use, and multi-step task execution. This role involves deep hands-on work with modern agent frameworks, particularly LangChain, and its ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models with a strong emphasis on agentic behaviors, tool orchestration, reasoning workflows, and autonomous execution.
• Build and optimize LLM-based agents using LangChain, including chains, tools, retrievers, memory systems, and advanced agent frameworks.
• Architect and deploy agent pipelines capable of API/tool integration, long-context processing, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and iterative reasoning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic capabilities into enterprise applications, platforms, and customer-facing products.
• Continuously evaluate the latest advancements in LangChain, agent frameworks, reasoning models, and multi-agent systems to drive innovation.
• Document model development, agent behavior, workflows, and performance metrics for both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in machine learning with strong hands-on background in LLMs, generative AI, and agent development.
• Practical expertise with LangChain (chains, agents, tool integration, memory, retrievers) and familiarity with related ecosystems like LlamaIndex, OpenAI Assistants, or ReAct-style agent frameworks.
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and model fine-tuning workflows.
• Experience deploying LLMs and agent systems in production environments, including performance tuning, scaling, and monitoring.
• Proven ability to design autonomous or semi-autonomous agents with structured reasoning, contextual memory, and tool usage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-changing, innovation-heavy environment.
