Generative AI Project Manager / Tech Lead

As a Generative AI Project Manager / Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions. Your role will involve managing AI/ML projects, guiding technical teams, and ensuring seamless integration of AI applications across business operations. You will collaborate closely with Clients, developers, and stakeholders to drive innovation, optimize AI workflows, and deliver impactful AI solutions. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing AI/ML projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution. You will also architect and supervise the development of Generative AI models, chatbots, and other AI-driven applications. Collaborating with data scientists and engineers, you will design and implement NLP, deep learning, and LLM-based solutions. Additionally, you will optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and real-world applications, while also integrating AI solutions with existing enterprise systems to ensure smooth deployment. It is essential for you to stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and NLP technologies. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI/Gemini APIs is required. Hands-on experience in chatbot/AI agent development and deployment is a must, along with a solid background in software development, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and AI infrastructure. You should also demonstrate a proven ability to manage AI/ML projects and lead cross-functional teams, while possessing strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields is preferred for this position.,
