Job Title: Associate Partner - AI Lead

Job Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for AI Internal Technology initiatives within Tax, Audit, and Advisory services.

Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and foster a culture of innovation.

AI Technology Expertise

AI Agents & Technologies: Possess deep knowledge of AI agents, including their design, deployment, and optimization tailored to internal processes.

Tech Stack Proficiency: Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies and tech stacks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, cloud AI services) to ensure internal initiatives leverage cutting-edge tools and frameworks.

AI Product Management: Oversee the lifecycle of internal AI products from ideation and development to deployment and maintenance, ensuring they meet organizational needs and enhance service delivery.

Project Management

Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of internal AI projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget requirements.

Implement robust project management methodologies tailored to AI initiatives, integrating agile practices where appropriate.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Tax, Audit, and Advisory teams, IT departments, and executive leadership.

Conduct pre-engagement activities to understand stakeholder needs and align AI initiatives with business objectives.

AI Pillar Management

Tax AI Pillar: Drive the development and implementation of AI solutions tailored to enhance tax services, improving accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Audit AI Pillar: Lead initiatives to integrate AI into audit processes, enhancing data analysis, risk assessment, and audit quality.

Advisory AI Pillar: Spearhead AI projects that support advisory services, providing data-driven insights and innovative solutions for clients.

Implementation & Optimization

Take ownership of the final stages of project delivery, ensuring successful implementation and integration of AI solutions within internal systems.

Monitor post-implementation performance, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance KDN AI Internal Technology offerings.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure all AI initiatives comply with relevant regulations, standards, and KPMG's quality benchmarks.

Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across all projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Experience:

overall 22+ years of with minimum of 10 years of experience in AI project management, AI product management, technology consulting, or a related area within a professional services environment.

Proven track record of leading large-scale, internal AI initiatives within Tax, Audit, or Advisory services from inception to successful implementation.

Demonstrated expertise in managing AI products, including knowledge of AI agents and the latest AI technology stacks.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and AI/ML technologies are advantageous.

Certifications in AI product management (e.g., Certified AI Product Manager) are a plus.

Skills and Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams towards common goals.

Technical Expertise:

eep understanding of AI technologies, including AI agents, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), data analytics, and their applications in Tax, Audit, and Advisory services.

Expertise in AI product management, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and go-to-market strategies.

Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and resource allocation tailored to AI initiatives.
