Job Title: Generative AI / Agentic AI EngineerLocation: Kochi / Bangalore (initially in Kochi)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer to design intelligent systems that can reason, plan, andautonomously execute complex tasks using advanced language models. The role involves building agenticworkflows and integrating LLMs into scalable AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

? Build intelligent agents capable of decision-making, multi-step reasoning, and tool use? Design and implement AI pipelines for use cases like document summarization, semantic search, dialoguesystems, and task automation? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user-centric AI experiences and ensure safe, explainableoutcomes? Continuously evaluate and enhance agent performance, hallucination control, and orchestrationefficiency? Promote responsible AI by ensuring traceability, prompt safety, and ethical usage of generative models

Must-Have Skills

? Strong programming skills in Python? Solid understanding of LLM behavior, embeddings, prompt chaining, and token management? Familiarity with vector databases, embedding models, and search optimization? Familiarity with RAG pipelines, FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate? Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Mistral, or Hugging Face models? Hands-on with agent frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, Haystack Agents

Nice To Have

? Exposure to explainable AI (XAI), bias detection, or governance frameworks? Knowledge of tool selection strategies, memory architectures, or long-context optimization? Experience with cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
