As the Manager - DEI, you will be tasked with localizing and implementing the global DEI strategy within the Indian operations. Your role involves leading initiatives to promote gender equity, disability inclusion, generational diversity, and multicultural integration. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies, generating data-driven insights, and nurturing an inclusive workplace culture are vital aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute company-wide DEI programs tailored to the Indian context and aligned with global objectives. - Manage initiatives focusing on gender equity, disability accessibility, generational diversity, and multicultural integration. - Coordinate DEI events, campaigns, and internal communications to enhance awareness and engagement. - Address employee queries promptly and inclusively through the DEI mailbox. - Conduct inclusion assessments of organizational policies to ensure they align with DEI objectives and compliance. - Maintain DEI dashboards, generate reports on participation and outcomes, and update senior leadership. - Present data-driven insights and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders. - Lead the process for external DEI awards, from data collection to submission. - Collaborate with various departments to embed DEI into talent practices and workplace culture. - Benchmark against industry peers and recommend enhancements to programs and policies. - Represent the organization at external DEI forums, conferences, and industry events. Required Qualifications: - Masters degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field. - 5-7 years of experience leading DEI programs in global, cross-cultural environments, preferably in RCM or BPO sectors. - Proven ability to implement culturally relevant programs with measurable outcomes. - Familiarity with inclusion and compliance requirements in international markets. Core Competencies: - Strong project management and analytical skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and DEI analytics tools. - High emotional intelligence and effective cross-cultural communication. - Experience in training, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. - Self-driven with integrity and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
