Role & responsibilities Job Summary The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing business data to generate actionable reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate, timely, and data-driven decision-making. This role involves data extraction, validation, report automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review. Automate recurring reports using Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros). Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security. Coordinate with different departments to gather information and resolve discrepancies. Track KPIs and create performance dashboards for various teams. Ensure timely delivery of reports as per agreed SLAs. Support ad-hoc data requests from management. Suggest process improvements for data management and reporting. KPIs / Performance Metrics Timeliness and accuracy of MIS reports. Level of automation achieved in reporting. Reduction in reporting errors and data inconsistencies. Quality of insights provided to management.
