Job Description

Core responsibilities

Maintenance and repair: Conduct repairs and maintenance on a wide range of hotel systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems like air conditioning units.
Preventative maintenance: Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on all hotel equipment and facility components to prevent breakdowns.
Emergency response: Be available to respond to guest and employee emergencies, protecting the property and its systems, and to monitor fire and life safety systems.
General upkeep: Assist with the general upkeep of both interior and exterior areas, which can include landscaping, painting, and flooring.
Task execution: Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete projects accurately and operate power and hand tools safely.
Inventory management: Maintain an inventory of necessary parts and supplies and requisition new items as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,910.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
