Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for a combination of general sales and marketing work, including face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers. Your tasks will involve assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions. Additionally, you will be involved in planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services and associated brand(s). You will evaluate, measure, and manage the product/brand profit and loss, such as budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc. As part of this role, you may also provide customer service and support by offering information on product/price and resolving issues related to billing, shipping, delivery, complaints, etc. Your compensation will be based on achieving sales targets. You are expected to apply practical knowledge of the job area obtained through advanced education and work experience. You will work independently with general supervision and may face difficult challenges that are typically not complex. Your role may involve influencing others within the job area through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices. Key Responsibilities: - Should have experience dealing with Panel builders, Power utilities, Oil and Gas, Railways, Metros, EPC, End users as a system as well as a product - Accountable and responsible for pipeline generation for GA portfolio including IE s, RTU, FRTU & SCA A - Timely closure of project enquiries, queries & orders - Pipeline generation, collection & receivables - Maintain a say-to-do ratio - Conduct technical discussions and presentations - Support customers during bidding, project execution/closure, and cash collection within the assigned geography/zone - Primary KPI includes 3rd party sales and profitability on a monthly and quarterly basis - Implement and use Marketing and Sales tools effectively, gather market/competition intelligence - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions while caring for colleagues and the business Qualifications Required: - Educational qualification preferred: BE in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience - Should be optimistic, self-assured, and adaptable to change - Self-motivated, flexible, proactive, and committed with the ability to independently determine approaches and tasks - Engage interest and participation of others with a collaborative approach to work and commitment to team development - Demonstrate moral courage, openness, and honesty in all dealings - Possess good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required (Note: Any additional details of the company were not present in the provided Job Description),
