You are looking for a SAP BASIS with HANA DB Consultant with about 5 to 7 years of experience. You should have good knowledge and troubleshooting skills in SAP BASIS, Support Pack upgrade, S/4 FPS Upgrade, SAP Application HA, and a good understanding of Linux OS. Expert knowledge in HANA Architecture is essential, along with experience in HANA SCALE-UP and SCALE-OUT Architecture. You must also have good knowledge of HANA Database in HA Failover/Failback, resolving performance issues, parameter tuning, HANA Table Partitioning, SAP System refresh using HANA Database, and running and analyzing HANA Mini Checks. Having SAP Certification in SAP Basis or HANA would be advantageous. You should have experience in performance monitoring, HANA System Monitoring, HANA DB Admin, backup & restore, system refresh, Oracle and HANA Database/client installation, HANA SPS Patching, DB and application upgrade, start/stop of HANA Nodes, support during firmware upgrade/patching, managing replication & node failover, managing disaster recovery, managing system landscape connections, issue resolution, troubleshooting & fixing DB performance issues, general optimization, and SAP Note application. You should be able to resolve technical issues of projects, explore alternate solutions, lead or work as part of a team, mentor, motivate, and train co-workers. Effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction is crucial. Training and coaching members of project groups for effective knowledge management activity are also expected from you. The ideal candidate should have an education qualification of Any Graduate, MBA, MCA, or Postgraduate.
