What We're Looking For:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Google Sheets & Google Docs
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Quick learner, adaptable in a dynamic startup environment

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning across teams
• Assisting the Founders and Chief of Staff with key operational initiatives
• Using Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Supporting different teams in project execution, as and when required
• Identifying process improvements and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency
