ADS Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Howrah, is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless functioning of hospital operations, drive quality patient care, and lead a team to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency. Manage and coordinate departments, including clinical, administrative, and support services. Develop and implement policies to enhance service quality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Monitor financial performance, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs. Lead, motivate, and mentor staff to foster a positive and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with senior management to align operations with the hospital’s strategic objectives. Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and financial management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
