Requirements: Director Operations RCM Minimum of 20 years of experience with minimum of 10 years in medical billing / collections area. 5+ years of experience in executive leadership role. Strong subject matter experience Revenue Cycle Management: certification in medical billing / coding preferred. Proficient in multiple EMR systems, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Strong leadership, team development and coaching skills. Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills. Willingness to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
