Experience and Qualification

- CA with 15 to 20 years of experience

- Good and effective communication skills-both written and oral

- Penchant for analysis


Profile

1. Review/analyze the quarterly and yearly financial statements of the Company both standalone and consolidated

2. Review /analyze monthly profitability statements both standalone and consolidated

3. Preparation of cash flow position on a standalone and consolidated basis to ascertain funding requirements-both short term and long term

4. Responsible for ascertaining the quantum and avenues of investment of surplus funds

5. Lead the IFRS convergence for the Company accounting systems.

6. Responsible for tax related matters-both Direct and indirect taxation.

7. Oversee trade finance transactions and RBI related compliance requirements

8. Assist in forex risk management

9. Assist in asset risk management

10. Assist in rating exercise

11. Any other assignment/task as may be assigned by the Management

IT Skills

  • Should possess strong skills of working in ERP accounting system with proficiency in MS Office-Excel, Word etc.P
