GENERAL MANAGER CHICKEN PROCESSING

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Level General Manager for Chicken Processing located in Udumalaippettai. As a Full-Time role, this position requires an individual capable of overseeing all aspects of chicken processing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management, food safety compliance, and supply chain management, along with mandatory skills in live birds, chicken processing, and frozen chicken.

• Qualifications and Skills

• A Profession DGM or GM to lead large of Chicken Processing
• Good knowledge in processing of frozen chicken and chilled chicken
• Sound knowledge in A to Z ( Raw chicken Packing the chilled chicken and
• Good communication skills with inter-personal
• Able to manage good relationship with Management Staff and other Staffs also
• Should not have favoritism to the work force or our business partners.
• Proven working experience as a DGM or GM in Chicken Processing
• Having good knowledge in , especially Processing Chicken
• Having sound knowledge in control of around 650 workers.
• Having Good experience In handling Northern side workers.
• Being able to meet any critical situations in processing
• Being able to work with team
