About The Role
Swiggy Dineout is building India's largest dining-out platform. As we scale, Marketing is at the heart of shaping category adoption, driving awareness, and building deep consumer love for our brand.We're looking for a General Manager Marketing to lead the full marketing charter for Swiggy Dineout. This leader will own Brand & Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Influencer Marketing, and Social Media Marketing end-to-end. The role demands both strategic storytelling and sharp performance orientation, blending brand building with growth marketing at scale.This is a high-visibility role where you will define how millions of Indians discover, engage, and experience dining-out with Swiggy.What You'll Own
- Brand & Digital Marketing
Define and drive Swiggy Dineout's brand positioning and narrative in the market.
Create integrated campaigns (online & offline) that drive awareness, trust, and consideration.Lead creative development with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality brand assets.
Own the digital marketing strategy across paid channels (Meta, Google, Affiliates, etc.).
Drive measurable acquisition, retention, and ROI through campaigns.Optimize spends and performance metrics across user cohorts and cities.
Build and scale SEO strategy to maximize organic discovery and app traffic.
Partner with product and content teams to optimize SEO funnels across city and restaurant pages.
- Influencer & Social Media Marketing
Lead influencer marketing strategy across macro, micro, and regional influencers.
Create thumb-stopping content and campaigns for social platforms that drive engagement and category relevance.Build scalable IPs and campaigns that spark conversations around dining-out culture.
- Leadership & Collaboration
Build, mentor, and lead a strong marketing team across brand, performance, and social functions.Partner with Growth, Product, Business, and Partnerships teams to drive cohesive outcomes.Own marketing AOP planning, budget allocation, and performance reporting.
Preferred Experience
