As an insurance advisor, your role involves connecting with clients to understand their Health and Motor insurance requirements. You will be responsible for explaining plan coverage, benefits, premium details, and exclusions clearly to clients. Your key responsibilities include: - Assessing client insurance needs and recommending suitable insurance options. - Assisting clients in policy issuance or renewal and managing their documentation. - Comparing quotations from different insurance companies to provide the best value to clients. - Maintaining strong client relationships and offering after-sales support. - Staying updated with IRDAI guidelines and insurance market trends. To qualify for this role, you need to meet the following requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in General Insurance specializing in Health & Motor insurance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients. - Strong knowledge of insurance products, claim processes, and documentation. - Basic computer proficiency in Excel, CRM, and email communication. - Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
