General housekeeping

As a Housekeeping Attendant at the NEOM Project in Saudi Arabia, your role involves performing daily cleaning tasks in residential, hospitality, and commercial areas. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas, and offices. It is crucial to ensure the proper use of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment according to safety standards. Additionally, you will be required to replace linens, make beds, and restock guest supplies as necessary. Reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor is also part of your responsibilities. Proper procedures for handling and disposing of waste must be followed, along with supporting team members and complying with all operational and safety policies. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional attitude are key aspects of this role.
