General Dentist

As a General Dentist at our Salem location, your role will involve diagnosing and treating patients with dental concerns. You will be responsible for performing routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, and tooth extractions. Additionally, educating patients on oral health and hygiene practices will be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff is essential to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnosing and treating patients with dental concerns - Performing routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, and tooth extractions - Educating patients on oral health and hygiene practices - Collaborating with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff for quality care and patient satisfaction Qualifications: - Proficiency in diagnostics, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and preventive dental care - Skills in performing a range of dental procedures including fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and healthcare team communication - Compassionate and committed to delivering excellent patient care and education - Current license to practice dentistry in the relevant jurisdiction - Knowledge of infection control standards and adherence to safety protocols - Experience with dental record-keeping software and other technical tools is an advantage - Dental degree from an accredited dental school - Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable,
